- Will I own the right of the music I purchased?
No. The rights of the music belong to us. Only the right of the use for the music will be given to the purchasers.
- Are there any restrictions on the use of the music I purchased?
You may use the music as many times as you would like within the scope of license. However, you are not allowed to transfer, resell, reproduce, or lend the purchased music to a third party. We also prohibit the use of music that offends public order and morality, as well use in anti-social activities, but you can use it if it is approved by a public institution.
- Can I modify the music I purchased?
You may freely adjust the volume and sound quality, fade in, fade out, and loop the music. However, we do not allow any modification that would significantly change identities of the song.
- Is it possible to add songs, instruments, etc. to the purchased music and sell it?
No, we do not allow derivative works.
- What is the file format of the purchased music?
The file format is WAV. You may convert the file format by yourself.
- Why do the samples have voice in it?
In order to prevent unauthorized use, voice is included in the samples. However, it will not be in the music you purchased.
- Do I need to apply to JASRAC or any other organization to use the purchased music?
No, it is not necessary.
- Is it possible to include the purchased music in DVDs or other video products for stage performances then sell them?
Yes, it is possible. However, the right to use the music will be licensed for each product, so please use only one song per product.
- Is it possible to use the purchased music multiple times in different videos for video hosting services such as YouTube?
Yes, as long as you use it yourself, it will be no issue. Also, there is no additional charge for this.
- May I use the purchased music as background music in stores?
Yes, it is possible. However, the right to use the music is licensed to each location, so please use only one music selection per store.
- Do I need to notate credits in my projects?
As a general rule, credits notations are not required. However, if you could indicate credit as "Music: TRIAD WALK", it would be greatly appreciated.
- Can you issue a receipt?
We are sorry, but we do not issue receipts at this time.
- Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of download sales, orders cannot be cancelled.
