CASTLEDOOR Inc.(hereinafter referred to as the "our company")has established following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "this policy")regarding handling of personal information of users of services (hereinafter referred to as the "this service")provided on the web.

Article 1 (Personal Information)

When the following matters are notified or announced in advance and the Company has notified the Personal Information Protection Committee.

Means or methods of provision to a third party
Stopping the provision of personal information to a third party at the request of the individual.
Method of receiving requests from the individual.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the party to which the information is provided shall not be considered a third party in the following cases
When our company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
When personal information is provided in connection with the succession of a business due to a merger or other reasons.
In cases where personal information is to be used jointly with a specific party, and our company has notified the individual in advance or made it readily available to the individual of that fact, items of personal information to be used jointly, the scope of parties to be used jointly, the purpose of use of the parties to be used jointly, and name of party responsible for management of the personal information.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When our company is requested to disclose personal information by an individual, we shall disclose such information to the individual without delay.
However, we may decide not to disclose all or part of the information if disclosure would cause any of the following to occur, and if we decide not to disclose the information, it will notify the person to that effect without delay.
A fee of $10 per case will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
If there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party.
If there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper execution of our business.
If it would violate any other laws or regulations.
Notwithstanding provisions of preceding paragraph, we will not, in principle, disclose any information other than personal information, such as history and characteristics information.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

If the personal information held by our company is incorrect, user may request us to correct, add, or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") in accordance with the procedures specified by our company. (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.").
If we receive a request from user as described in the preceding paragraph and deems it necessary to respond to the request, we shall make the correction, etc. of the relevant personal information without delay.
In the event that our company makes a correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to make a correction, etc., we will notify the user of this without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

In the event that our company is requested by an individual to suspend the use or delete personal information on the grounds that the information is being used for purposes other than those for which it was intended, or that the information was obtained by improper means, we shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.  (Hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.")
If, based on the results of the investigation described in the preceding paragraph, it is determined that it is necessary to respond to the request, our company will stop using the personal information without delay.
In cases where our company suspends use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to suspend use, etc., we will notify use of this without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where suspension of use, etc. would incur significant costs, or in other cases where it is difficult to suspend use, etc. and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, these alternative measures shall be taken.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The contents of this Privacy Policy may be changed without notice to user, except as otherwise provided by law or in this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by our company, the revised Privacy Policy shall become effective when it is posted on the web.
